Welcome to MMS Studio. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules governing your use of our website, purchases of digital products, payment verification, coupon redemption, and requests for software development services.

In these Terms, “MMS Studio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the MMS Studio website and related services. “You” and “your” refer to the person or organization using those services.

Please read these Terms before making a purchase or entering into a service agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.

1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to:

Our public website, shop, portfolio, blog, and informational pages.
Digital products purchased directly through MMS Studio.
Payment verification, coupon issuance, and redemption services.
Project inquiries and related business communications.
Access to administrative functions where expressly authorized.

Individual applications, third-party platforms, and commissioned projects may have additional terms.

Product-specific conditions disclosed before purchase apply to that product. A separately agreed written project contract governs the commissioned work it covers and takes priority over these general Terms where they conflict, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must have the legal capacity to enter into the relevant transaction. Where parental, guardian, or organizational authorization is required, that authorization must be obtained before proceeding.

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting inquiries, requesting support, or verifying a purchase.

You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, or submit a transaction reference that you are not entitled to use.

Some applications or products may have additional age, device, account, or regional requirements. Review those requirements before purchasing.

3. Our products and services

MMS Studio develops web applications, Android applications, APIs, and other software products. Our shop may offer subscriptions, application packages, coins, credits, and other digital entitlements for supported applications.

The relevant product description identifies what is included. Unless expressly stated, purchasing a digital product does not include:

Ownership of the software or its source code.
Custom development or integration work.
Unlimited support, updates, or future features.
Access to every MMS Studio application.
A lifetime entitlement.
Rights to resell or commercially redistribute the product.

Portfolio examples demonstrate selected work. They do not establish the scope, delivery schedule, price, or features of a future project.

4. Product information and compatibility

Before making a purchase, review the product’s description, price, application requirements, duration, and redemption conditions.

You are responsible for checking compatibility requirements that have been clearly disclosed, including the relevant application, operating system, account, and internet connection requirements.

If an important detail is unclear, contact us before paying.

We may correct mistakes in listings. If a material error affects a purchase you have already made, we will explain the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. We will not impose a higher price or materially different product without your agreement.

Your rights where a product is defective, incorrectly described, or unsuitable for an expressly agreed purpose remain subject to applicable law.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the relevant product or checkout screen. Where the symbol ৳ is used, the amount is in Bangladeshi taka.

Any applicable tax or additional charge collected by MMS Studio should be disclosed before you complete the purchase. Your payment provider may separately apply its own charges.

Follow the payment instructions displayed through our official website. Check the recipient details and amount carefully before sending money.

Do not rely on payment instructions received from an unverified account or an unofficial message.

A payment reference alone does not establish successful verification. The payment must be identifiable in the relevant records and satisfy the applicable purchase requirements.

6. Payment verification

Our payment process may require you to submit a bKash transaction ID or another supported payment reference.

Verification may check:

Whether a matching payment record exists.
Whether the recorded amount meets the purchase requirement.
Whether the payment has already been used.
Whether a coupon or entitlement has already been issued.
Whether the transaction matches the relevant product or integration requirements.

Verification can be delayed by provider processing, incomplete records, connectivity problems, or technical errors.

If verification fails after you have paid, keep your transaction reference and contact the Help Center. Do not make another payment solely because a verification attempt failed.

An underpayment may prevent automated fulfillment. An overpayment does not automatically purchase additional products or increase your entitlement. Contact us to reconcile an incorrect amount or duplicate payment.

We will never ask you to provide your payment PIN, password, or one-time verification code to verify a purchase.

7. Order confirmation and digital delivery

Digital fulfillment may take the form of a coupon code, subscription entitlement, credit allocation, or another delivery method described for the product.

A successful verification message may provide instructions for completing redemption in the supported application. Follow those instructions and retain the transaction reference and confirmation details.

Payment, coupon issuance, and application redemption are separate steps. Successful payment does not necessarily mean that the entitlement has already been activated in the application.

If we receive your payment but cannot supply the purchased product, we will address the unfulfilled order through an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required or where no agreed alternative is provided.

We do not guarantee a specific delivery time unless one has been expressly stated for the transaction.

8. Coupon use and restrictions

Coupons are subject to their stated validity, application restrictions, and redemption limits.

Depending on the coupon, it may:

Be usable only once.
Permit a specified number of redemptions.
Apply only to a particular application or package.
Provide a specified number of coins or credits.
Enable benefits for a defined period.
Expire on a specified date and time.

A transaction ID may also serve as the coupon code. Keep it confidential.

You must not guess, obtain without permission, publish for unauthorized use, or attempt to redeem another person’s code. Unless expressly permitted, a coupon does not authorize resale or redistribution.

Sharing a code may allow another person to attempt redemption. If you believe your code has been misused, contact us promptly. We will review the available records; replacement is not automatic, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Subscription periods and expiration

Subscription access is limited to the period and benefits described for the relevant product.

For purchases issued through the website’s current coupon flow, the coupon’s validity period is calculated when the coupon is created. Redeeming it later does not automatically restart or extend that expiry date.

Review both the coupon’s expiration and any application-specific activation terms. Do not assume that the redemption deadline and the duration of application access are identical unless the product states this.

The website’s transaction-reference payment flow does not itself authorize recurring charges. Any separately offered recurring subscription must disclose its billing frequency, renewal conditions, and cancellation process before you agree.

Purchasing another package does not automatically extend or combine with an existing entitlement unless that behavior is expressly supported.

10. Coins, credits, and application benefits

Coins and credits are digital entitlements for the purposes described in the supported application.

Unless the product expressly states otherwise, they are not a bank deposit, investment, cryptocurrency, or general-purpose payment instrument.

Their purchase does not establish a right to interest, profit, cash withdrawal, or transfer between unrelated applications.

Usage rules, quantities, and expiration conditions must be read with the relevant product description and application terms. Any lawful refund entitlement is separate from an application’s ability to convert credits into cash.

11. Cancellations, refunds, and purchase problems

If you experience a purchase problem, contact the Help Center with:

The product or application involved.
Your transaction reference.
The payment date and amount.
A description of the problem.
Relevant confirmation details or screenshots, where helpful.

Please remove unrelated personal or financial information from supporting materials.

Requests may concern duplicate payments, incorrect amounts, failed delivery, unusable codes, incorrect entitlements, or products that do not match their description.

The appropriate resolution depends on the circumstances and applicable law. It may include correcting the entitlement, restoring access, replacing a defective code, providing another agreed remedy, or issuing a refund.

A change-of-mind request is assessed according to any cancellation rights and product-specific policy disclosed before purchase. Redemption or use may affect eligibility where the law allows, but it does not automatically remove rights relating to defective or misdescribed products.

These Terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or waive mandatory consumer protections.

Where the law requires specific consent and acknowledgment before immediate digital delivery affects a cancellation right, these Terms alone do not replace that process.

Approved refunds will follow the applicable payment-provider process and legal requirements. Any account verification should be proportionate; we do not require your PIN or one-time verification code.

12. Software development and commissioned work

Submitting a project inquiry, selecting a budget range, or discussing an idea does not by itself establish a binding development agreement.

Before commissioned work begins, the parties should agree in writing on the relevant commercial and delivery terms, including:

The project scope and deliverables.
Pricing, payment milestones, and applicable charges.
Responsibilities for content, access, and approvals.
Delivery estimates and dependencies.
Acceptance criteria and revision limits.
Ownership and licensing of the deliverables.
Maintenance, hosting, and ongoing support.
Confidentiality, data handling, cancellation, and termination.

Changes to an agreed scope may affect the price and schedule and should be agreed before the additional work proceeds.

You must have permission to provide any materials, systems access, or personal information necessary for the project.

13. Accounts and authorized access

Some functions require an account or specific authorization.

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your credentials and for informing us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Do not share administrative credentials, attempt to access another person’s account, or use access beyond the permission you have been granted.

The technical availability of a page, API, record, or function does not grant permission to access or modify information that is not intended for you.

Account responsibilities do not remove our responsibility for security failures attributable to our systems or conduct under applicable law.

14. Acceptable use

You must use our services lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the operation of the platform.

You must not:

Submit fabricated payments or misleading transaction claims.
Circumvent redemption limits, access controls, or payment requirements.
Access, collect, disclose, or alter another person’s information without authorization.
Introduce malware or deliberately disrupt service availability.
Use automated requests to exploit errors or obtain unauthorized benefits.
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
Use our communications channels for fraud, threats, harassment, or unlawful content.

These restrictions do not prohibit activities that applicable law expressly permits.

If you discover a suspected vulnerability, report it through our published contact methods without accessing unnecessary data, disrupting services, or exploiting the issue.

15. Intellectual property

MMS Studio’s original website content, branding, designs, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may access the public website for its intended purpose. Any license included with a purchased product is limited to the rights described for that product.

You must not remove ownership notices or reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where applicable law or an applicable license permits it.

Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Ownership of commissioned work is determined by the relevant written project agreement, not by the mere submission of an inquiry or payment of an unspecified amount.

16. Materials and messages you submit

You retain any rights you hold in materials submitted to us.

By submitting an inquiry, support request, or project material, you authorize us to use it as reasonably necessary to respond to the request or perform the agreed work.

You confirm that you have the necessary permission to submit that material.

Submitting private information does not grant us unrestricted publication or marketing rights. Public use of client materials should be addressed through the relevant permission or agreement.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Third-party services

Our services may rely on or link to payment providers, cloud infrastructure, application stores, embedded media, and other third-party services.

Those providers may apply separate terms to your use of their services.

Their availability, account decisions, or technical changes can affect connected functionality. We will address issues within our responsibility, but we cannot guarantee the operation of independently controlled services.

The use of a third-party provider does not, by itself, remove our obligations to you for a product or service purchased from MMS Studio.

18. Availability, maintenance, and changes

We may update the website and services to address defects, improve functionality, maintain compatibility, or respond to security and legal requirements.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, infrastructure problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to public content or future offerings do not automatically alter the essential terms of an existing purchase.

If a change materially affects a paid entitlement, we will address the impact in accordance with the applicable agreement and law, including any required notice or remedy.

19. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, address a security risk, prevent serious misuse, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these Terms.

Any restriction should be proportionate to the circumstances. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Immediate action may be necessary where delay would create a security, legal, or operational risk.

Suspension does not automatically forfeit a payment or eliminate a valid refund claim. The treatment of paid entitlements depends on the reason for suspension, the relevant agreement, and applicable law.

20. Responsibility and limitations

We are responsible for providing our products and services in accordance with the commitments we make and the standards required by applicable law.

We do not promise that every service will be continuously available, entirely error-free, or suitable for a purpose that has not been disclosed and agreed.

Responsibility for loss depends on applicable law, the relevant agreement, and the connection between the loss and the conduct involved. A technical failure does not automatically make either party responsible for every resulting consequence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing removes mandatory rights relating to product quality, conformity, reasonable care, or available remedies.

Any additional limitation for commissioned business services must be addressed in the relevant written agreement and remain legally enforceable.

21. Complaints, disputes, and applicable law

If you have a complaint, contact us with the relevant purchase or project details and the outcome you are seeking.

We encourage an initial attempt to resolve the matter directly. Doing so is not a condition that removes your right to contact a regulator, use an available payment-provider dispute process, or seek a legal remedy.

Unless a valid separate agreement provides otherwise, applicable legal rules determine the governing law and competent courts.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive mandatory consumer protections, submit to compulsory arbitration, or bring proceedings in a location where such a requirement would be unenforceable.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as our services or legal requirements change. The revised version will be published with an updated date.

New terms generally apply to future transactions. They do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase.

Where a change to an ongoing service requires notice or agreement, we will address that requirement separately. Continued browsing alone does not waive rights that require express consent.

23. General provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A delay in exercising a right does not automatically waive that right.

These Terms, the relevant product information disclosed before purchase, and any separately agreed written contract should be read together. No provision overrides mandatory law.
